Join us for a unique and engaging bicycle tour through Lakeside Cemetery in Cañon City.

Join us for a unique and engaging bicycle tour through Lakeside Cemetery in Cañon City as we explore the rich tapestry of Fremont County’s diverse cultural and ethnic heritage. From the early pioneers to immigrant families drawn by mining and industry, our region has long been a destination for people from all walks of life. This guided tour offers a chance to learn about the diverse individuals and communities who helped shape our area – and to hear stories of the lives they built here. 

This program is free and open to the public. Space is limited and online registration is required. Visit: [INSERT DIRECT LINK TO CIVIC-REC HERE], find the event on our calendar, and follow the prompts. This is a bicycle tour. Participants must provide their own bike and safety equipment and be able to bike and stand for 1.5 hours. 

The Royal Gorge Regional Museum and History Center is located at 612 Royal Gorge Blvd. Regular hours of operation are Wednesday- Saturday, 10:00am-4:00pm.
