Utility Billing Changes through Xpress Bill Pay

Our new billing system is live along with a new payment processor - Xpress Bill Pay. With this change comes changes that impact you.

Your account number has changed. It is now 9 digits. The new format is 123456-789.

Our remittance address has changed to P.O. Box 522, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062-0522

There is a free autopay option by signing up for direct payment through the City's billing department. Download the ACH form online at https://www.canoncity.org/DocumentCenter/View/4134/ACH-Authorization-Checking and bring it to City Hall to get set up.
